The show is on and the sun is shining!
There are new arrangements for all visitor parking as the fields normally used for car parking are no longer usable. Visitors should follow the road signs to the new location – a short distance away where the Art in Action ticket tent and hard standing parking are available (download map). If coming via the M40, please use exit 8A. A Park and Ride service will shuttle visitors from the parking area to and from the main site throughout the day. This also applies to all visitors including those who normally use disabled parking spaces. See the Location page for detailed travel directions and regular updates.
Art in Action 2013 will be held from the 18th to 21st of July in the beautiful grounds of Waterperry House and Gardens in Oxfordshire. Please download 2012 Site Map.
Tickets
- Entry tickets are now available to buy online. Alternatively, tickets can be purchased at the gate on the day of the event.
- Practical Classes tickets will be available to buy online from the 1st of April 2013. Tickets will also be available to buy at the event, from the Practical Classes Ticket Tent, on the day of the class.
Coach Parties
- Must be pre-booked and pre-paid
- Coach: Minimum 25 people
- Minibus: 10 -24 people
- Parking by prior arrangement only

Disabled Access
- Disabled toilet facilities are available.
- Electric Scooters or Manual Wheelchairs for hire by Event Mobility. To reserve an electric scooter or manual wheelchair either print out an advance booking form from our website or contact the office on 01386 725391 to request a form to be posted to you. Please be aware that advance bookings cannot be made by phone.
