Art of Asia Artists from India and China. The Indian artists will demonstrate how they have cultivated techniques carried from their homeland, which have blossomed into some of the finest expressions of Indian art in the UK today. Unique contemporary and traditional images can be seen amidst a vibrancy of colour. Five Chinese artists and one Korean artist will bring their wealth of traditional fine artwork in both modern and ancient forms. These will be displayed on paper, silk cloth and with soap for sculpture. The delightful style of Peasant painting and the exotic oriental painting on silk cloth will be shown by renowned Shanghainese artists.
