Demonstrators - Abrahamic Arts

Finding common ground and a space for dialogue between religions is becoming increasingly important in today’s world. The Abrahamic Arts section aims to create such a space, bringing together art from the Christian, Jewish and Islamic traditions. The title refers to the figure of Abraham who is revered by all three faiths, as their founding father, and so represents something which unites them all.

Avielah Barclay

A soferet, or female Hebrew scribe, writes and sometimes illuminates holy Jewish manuscripts such as the Book of Esther or the Torah.
