Simon will be carving wooden pieces for a new collection of work that describe the movement of wind. This will include several pieces of kinetic “wind blown” sculpture as well as several spring mounted pieces with a floral theme. The work will be made using a mixture of traditional carvers gouges and chisels as well as a number of power carving machines.
