Matt Horne uses contemporary forms and crystalline glazes to create stunning decorative ceramics and will be demonstrating his throwing techniques. All of Matt’s work is hand thrown in either porcelain, or a very fine white stoneware clay. Crystalline is a highly specialized glaze, which is extremely difficult to achieve. Zinc Silicate crystals grow randomly in the glaze, which makes every piece completely unique. Matt will be demonstrating his throwing techniques using porcelain.
