Hannah Tounsend creates collections of printed ceramic vessels and subtly layered monoprints inspired by the coast. The repeatedly worked surfaces of Hannah’s clay and print work are inspired by the sea-washed, weatherworn landscape of the British coastline. Hannah will show how she builds up multilayered, ceramic surfaces and demonstrate her unusual hybrid making method that combines slip-casting and throwing.
