Natasha will be demonstrating two aspects of intaglio printmaking; the drawing, and the printing, using zinc etching plates.

The plates are covered in a wax ground and Natasha will be demonstrating the fine drawing process using a tool like a long pin.

Natasha will also demonstrate the inking and printing of the plate onto paper using an etching press.

You are never really 100% sure what the print will be like!
