Philip Koomen Furniture (established 1975) is a small team dedicated to designing and making bespoke furniture for people who appreciate beautiful designs, sustainable woods and craftsmanship. Our focus is on designing enduring practical furniture that celebrates the rich diversity of local indigenous woods.

Jody Koomen started his workshop in Northumberland in 2009 where he develops his own designs and produces bespoke commissions.

Philip and his son Jody will both be exhibiting a range of furniture designed and made from the 222-year old oak tree from Blenheim Palace. They will be demonstrating the use of the hand spokeshave; an opportunity for anyone, young and old, to try their hand at this versatile tool.
