An avid adventurer, he ventured to North Korea (DPRK) specifically to photograph ARIRANG – a mass socio-realist spectacle celebrating the life of the Eternal Leader, Kim Il-Sung, the Dear Leader Kim Jong-Il, and the daily lives of North Koreans today.
