Chapungu Sculpture Park supports the stone sculptors of Zimbabwe through the sale of their work and through artists demonstrating how they work by hand transforming a raw stone into a “one of a kind” finished sculpture of expression and beauty. This year Agnes and Brian Nyanhongo will demonstrate. Also available again this year will be daily tours of the exhibit “Embracing the Spirit –Masters Sculptors of Zimbabwe” in the Waterperry Gardens.
” For this is sculpture of world quality and interest — deeply human, spirited in every sense, and superbly skilled”
Michael Shepherd – Sunday Telegraph – 1981
