With Christmas and New Year celebrations now behind us Art in Action may seem a long way off. But with seven months to go we are now preparing for our fortieth year of the festival. Our Section Heads are busy choosing the artists, our volunteers are registering and our catering teams are deciding on menus for this years event. The painting tent is now booked up and tickets will be on sale soon!

We’ll be making some exciting changes to the show in 2016 to celebrate forty years of Art in Action. We’ll reveal some – not all – over the course of the year and others you’ll have to discover when you visit.

The whole team here at Art in Action HQ would like to wish you a very Happy New Year. We look forward to sharing our news about preparations, special events and the latest updates from the gardens over the coming months.

But more importantly we look forward to welcoming you to celebrate our fortieth – in style – at Waterperry in July.
